I purchased some C.park (Powertrix) fog light ducts a little over a year ago. They are non CF and Nixit APPORVED! I painted them black.
I then cut a hole in my IC ducts using a 2" door drill bit. before:

 The next part was finding the right tubing. I looked every where for a strong, durable tubing (Lowes, Home Depot (Spee did not help me out at all.) & etc) After a long search I went to Baker Racing and bought brake tubing for my ducts. I was pretty impressed with them.  But the price killed me. 
I had to remove the fog light brackets to install the fog light ducts and silicon/zipped tied them to the front bumper. Do I think it's a good mod to do? Yes. I later took the Z to the track and clicked off my best time. Boost was more stable and I noticed as it got colder my traps began to rise more noticeably then with out the ducts. before:
